Accessing Nurau
Logging into the web app is simple. No need to register. No need to memorize or generate yet another password. No need to download an app.
If your organization has invited you to use the app, then your email address has already been given access! All you have to do is:
- Visit the login page: https://app.nurau.com/
- Submit the email you use for work
- Click on the access link we sent to your email inbox, and you’re in!

Nurau makes it quick and easy to log things like hazards, incidents, near misses, delays, staffing gaps, or even when something just doesn’t feel right. Nurau supports them in real time by showing the right steps to follow, important rules or policies, and similar past situations. It also helps them document everything properly. I can’t find the message with the access link in my email. What should I do?
If you're having trouble locating the email with the access link, consider these possibilities:
- Possibility 1: You may have used a different email address than the one your organization has on file. Please try logging in with another email address that you commonly use with your employer.
- Possibility 2: There might be a spelling error or missing details in the email address your organization has on file. Please double-check this with your company's HR or IT department.
- Possibility 3: The email with the access link could have been directed to your spam folder. Check there just in case. Check for emails from guide@nurau.com.
- Possibility 4: There was a technical glitch when sending your email. We apologize for the inconvenience! Please try logging in again or contact our support team for assistance.
How do I know if my company has invited me to use the app?
Once your company is ready to onboard you into the web app, you will receive an onboarding email from us (guide@nurau.com). Look for an email with the subject line “Welcome to Nurau” You can also attempt to log in using your work email at any time. If you’ve been invited, you will receive an email containing the access link after attempting to log in.
What if I don’t have a work email?
If you do not have a dedicated work email, it’s likely that your company has another email address on file for you. Try logging in with your main personal email addresses, as it’s possible one of these is the one registered with your organization. If you’re unsure, please contact your company’s HR or manager for clarification on which email address to use to connect on Nurau.
What should I do if the web app isn’t working?
You might run into issues like:
- The platform keeps loading and doesn’t open
- You see an error message
- Something isn’t working as expected
If you are facing one of these issues (or something similar), here’s what to do:
1. Clear your browser cache
Chrome (Mac/PC):
- Click the three dots in the top right
- Go to Settings → Privacy and security
- Click Clear browsing data
- Select Cached images and files → Clear data
Safari (Mac):
- Click Safari in the top menu bar
- Go to Settings → Advanced → Enable Show Develop menu
- Click Develop → Empty Caches
Microsoft Edge (Mac/PC):
- Click the three dots in the top right
- Go to Settings → Privacy, search, and services
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear
- Select Cached images and files → Clear now
